My focus has always been to be a servant leader and trusted advisor to all the people I have worked with in my career. For most of my career I have served in a role supporting others who provide an end service to the paying customer. My role was to ensure that those I supported had the tools they needed to make their job easier, removing the roadblocks that stand in their way to provide the ability to give the best experience possible. What is the best experience? One that surprises and delights the customer. So why Real Estate? I have purchased and sold 10 homes of my own and have always felt like the process would be more effective through better education for the client. I have also experience in commercial real estate after years of store site research and decisions. I will bring my experience in Real Estate as a trusted advisor where I will put my client’s interests ahead of mine and ensure that they know everything about the market, the process and next steps so they can make a good decision for their family.

Building and maintaining relationships with your customers in a business setting is the goal that everyone is striving to reach, it can make or break a business, and many get it wrong. My business philosophy is to ensure that the customers’ needs are always met and to offer exceptional customer service. I believe in the art of the possible, creating and engaging in new possibilities for others. Besides my positivity strength (I motivate others to succeed), I am also a strong arranger (I figure out the best way to get things done); an achiever (my drive for success); I’m responsible (I get stuff done); and I build lasting relationships (I love meeting new people and making lifelong connections). Since moving to Las Vegas (where the world comes to visit) I have reconnected with friends and colleagues that I have known for as many as 30 years.

I started in the dynamic and fiercely competitive retail industry when I was 17, starting as a stockboy in a shoe store and climbed the ladder to be a Vice President leading over 6000 employees. In my over 30-year retail career, working for several Fortune 100 companies, I developed business strategies as the store operations lead for as many as 1200 stores, ensuring company initiatives were met. In addition, I recently spent 2 years as a retail industry strategist in the largest supply chain software company in the world, where I was the trusted advisor for retailers globally on trends, insights, industry best practices and technology advancements. I look forward to bringing my exceptional customer service skills, my ability to collaborate and go the extra mile, my change agent capabilities, and my win-win philosophy to the Real Estate industry.
